First steps
To begin creating your ideal memorial, the following information will be needed to start the process.
Note: We will need this information during your consultation to be as efficient as possible but if you have trouble gathering this information, we are more than happy to take the time to assist you in gathering it at the start of your consultation

Need to know:

Name of deceased

Date of birth & Date of passing

Name of cemetery your loved one is interred (buried)
At this point you have gathered the required information needed to begin a consultation. Feel free to call or email us to schedule a consultation at one of our three locations or visit our main office during regular business hours.
Questions we will ask during consultation (helpful if you know prior to appointment):

How many plots owned & how many interments per space (Ex: single space or double space & single depth or double depth)

Plot/Burial space location in cemetery

Type of stone per plot, varies depending on cemetery (Ex: flat, bevel, slant, monument, etc.)

Material allowed (Ex: Marble, Granite, or bronze)

Size allowed per plot (length, width, and height restrictions)
